DRESS REHEARSAL DETAILS - MAY 14 & MAY 15

Arrive 5-10 min PRIOR to your rehearsal time
Arrive with HAIR DONE
Arrive with COSTUME ON (if your dancer is in more than one dance please email office to ask which is first)
Please be sure your dancer has ALL PROPER SHOES AND TIGHTS as indicated on their COSTUME DETAILS PAGE.
NO NEED FOR FULL MAKE UP but feel free to practice if you would like!
Dancers CHECK IN at the STAGE DOOR located to the right of the main lobby entrance.
Dancers are PICKED UP at the STAGE DOOR.
Dress rehearsal is a CLOSED to families and the public.
No food is permitted but feel free to send water bottles MARKED WITH DANCER’S NAME.

PERFORMANCE DAY - MAY 19th

Please Arrive 30 min PRIOR to your PERFORMANCE TIME.
Arrive with HAIR & MAKEUP DONE AND COSTUMES ON
Please be sure your dancer has ALL PROPER SHOES AND TIGHTS as indicated on their COSTUME DETAILS PAGE.
Dancers CHECK IN at the STAGE DOOR located to the right of the main lobby entrance.
Dancers will be led by their CLASS CHAPERONE(S) and escorted to their DRESSING ROOM once all dancers in the group have arrived.
Dancers will remain chaperoned throughout the performance.
Dancers will be dismissed FROM THE STAGE after their FINAL CURTAIN CALL. We DO NOT DISMISS during the show for security reasons.
No food is permitted but feel free to send water bottles MARKED WITH DANCER’S NAME.
Show length is approx. 2 HRS. including the finale and bows.
